Since 2014, Kai Xiang Huat has attained HACCP SS:590 certification. In Oct 2020, we have successfully obtained the internationally recognized ISO 22000:2018 certification. ISO 22000:2018 certification covers all the processes in the food chain that impact the safety of the end product. The internationally recognised standard specifies the requirements for a comprehensive food safety management system, as well as incorporating the elements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). In addition, we also work closely with our clients to ensure we comply with their vendor/supplier quality audits.

Kai Xiang Huat is committed to delivering the freshest fruits based on our clients' unique needs. Clients are able to make special requests on fruit orders (e.g. handpicked, de-stemmed), and we would accommodate your requests to the best of our abilities. Moreover, we pride ourselves in providing excellent after-sales service. If clients are not satisfied with the quality of the fruits delivered, Kai Xiang Huat would replace them within the next working day.
